[Jul. 1990] Le Ouest Co., Ltd. (predecessor of F-ness Corporation) was established in Osaka with a capital of 10 million yen.
[Mar. 1991] Officially approved as licensed travel agent
[Jul. 1991] Registered as an associate member of Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA)
[Sep. 1994] Capital increased to 40 million yen
[Feb. 1995] Registered as an active member of JATA
[Mar. 1996] Authorized as IATA-approved travel agent
[Apr. 1996] Upgraded to category-one travel agent
[Oct. 1996] Capital increased to 60 million yen
[Jan. 1997] Tokyo office established in Chuo-ku, Tokyo
