With a view to gaining better results for our whole group companies, and achieving self-fulfillment through individual work, we have introduced carrier path program based on periodic interviews, appoint the right person to the right job, and introduce fair staff appraisal program. We regularly issue internal newsletters to announce our business plans, update their progress, and report staff’s activities. Many opportunities are provided where face-to-face dialogues between management and all ranks of employees take place in a casual manner across the board. We have set no-overtime day twice a week and implemented support system for childbirth and nursing so that our employees can strike a balance between work and family life.

Support of “Child Chemo House”

Child Chemo HouseNPO Child Chemo House works for families with small children with cancer, aiming to found a “Dream Hospital” that serves as home as well as hospital for the maintenance of QOL (quality of life, in mental, physical, social, cultural and intellectual aspects). We extend assistance for this cause.
