F-ness has reached its nineteenth year of service since we have established our business in July 1990. For human age, 19 year-old will be celebrating a coming-of-age ceremony next year, and finally become an adult. Drinking alcohol and smoking will be allowed and given the franchise, and at the same time, this is the age and time to become responsible for the society.

In that case, what does it mean for the company to become responsible for the society? We believe it is to "be needed for the society" at all times. Even if there is a company, that has been running business for hundred years, it has no choice but to walk out of the market if it became unnecessary for the society.

It is not always companies or enterprises but demands from the society is also changing while the time is continuously changing these days. If we cannot follow and react to the changes of customers' need, relatively it means the degeneration.

Fortunately we already have more than 1,000 associated travel agents that we provide services for. Starting with the global financial crisis occurred last year, and then the influence of the swine flu (H1N1 influenza), agent commission cut etc., we believe that currently most of our customers have been hard hit by these influences. This is the time to visit customers in person, seek for the things that we can do to help, and keep offering suggestions. This would be the only way to make our customers to feel that we are necessary for them. We believe that this is the responsibility of F-ness in the market.

We would like to create close relationship with our customers, just like an old local liquor shop which regularly makes a courtesy call on each customer and take order face-to-face. However, it is not only to act as a liquor shop, but just like an old liquor shop turned to a convenience store after a franchise, we would like to develop ourselves together with our customers and win "changes" over to our side by making fully worked-out plans. And then we catch customers' need by developing new products and services, and complete preparing and stocking products and services.

From now on, we will go toward our new challenge together with the whole F-ness group !
